Who is Wendy Ludovici? In 1982 Wendy caught
a vision for world missions while working with
International students at North Texas State
University in Denton, Texas. Since that time she
began making preparations to enter full-time
cross-cultural ministry. This took her through 3
years of seminary, 7 years of full-time youth
ministry, several short-term mission trips and
finally in 1994 a full-time post in northwest
Tanzania with Empowering Lives International.
Wendy moved to Nairobi, Kenya in 1996 and taught in the music
department at Daystar University for three years. She
resumed work with Empowering Lives International in 2001 and
currently works with ELI Congo in Bukavu and is the National
Project Director for the Dynamic Business Start Up Project (DBSP)
in Kenya.
